Pilates focuses on building strength in the deep muscles of the abdominal region, the body's core.  The core of your body is the main “cog” the machine we call the body.  Strengthening your core helps prevent back injuries, improves your posture and strengthens your abdominal muscles.  Yogilates combines the two to help you do it all plus burn fat and calories.
